4 Valentine’s Desserts You Can Make Using a Stand Mixer

Take 2 cups flour, ½ cup butter, 3⁄4 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ tsp salt, and pink food coloring. Transfer the ingredients into the stand mixer and make it into a smooth consistency. Add 2 drops of pink food coloring. Preheat oven to 190°C and line eight cupcake molds with cupcake papers. Divide the batter evenly into the molds and bake for 18 minutes. Top the cupcakes with whipped cream and sprinkles, and serve after dinner!

3. Red-Velvet Walnut Brownies

The ingredients needed for this recipe are 2 cups white sugar, 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup butter, ½  cup walnut halves, 4 eggs, ½  tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla essence,4 eggs, and red food coloring. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients into the stand mixer bowl and mix for 2 minutes. Now add the dry ingredients and mix again until the mixture reaches a smooth, consistent appearance. Add 3 drops of red food coloring and mix for 30 seconds. Line a 9x13 inch pan with butter, transfer the mixture into it and bake for 25 minutes at 350°C. Cut into heart shapes and serve with chocolate ice-cream.

4. Little Hearts Shortbread

Mix 1 cup butter, ½ cup castor sugar, and 1 cup flour in a stand mixer to get a smooth paste. Gently roll out the paste onto a flat board. Preheat the oven to 190°C and meanwhile take a heart-shaped cutter and cut 10 pieces. Place the cut-outs onto a baking tray. Bake until golden-brown. Serve with hot cocoa milk.
