Instructions: Place the cup of chopped coriander leaves in the food processor, add ½ inch chopped ginger and one chili. Add 1-2 spoons of lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt. Blend the ingredients together and remember to test for salt and add to taste. Cover the chutney in a tight sealing container when storing in the refrigerator.

3. Meatballs

Ingredients: ½ kg of a goat, ½ kg of pork, ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs, ⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup diced onion, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 egg, ¼ chopped parsley, Salt and pepper to taste, ¼ cup shredded parmesan

Instructions: Mix goat meat, pork in the food processor. Add milk, onion, garlic, egg, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs then slowly add ½ cup water at a time. Roll the mixture into meatballs. Deep fry them in oil, and when they start to turn brown, remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
